2. Processing Time
Once your order is placed, it will be processed within 1-3 business days. During this time, we prepare your order for shipping. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

8. Lost or Stolen Packages
Protective Sunwear is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but has not been received, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly for assistance.
